NYSP: Graffiti Artist Busted

After getting a complaint of trespassing and vandalizing on the Pan Am Railways, State Police in Princetown found four people spray-painting several parked rail cars. As Troopers got closer, the people scattered into the woods, investigators say. One was caught.

Alicia Phillips, 24, of Grafton was found near the scene and arrested, charged with Criminal Mischief (2nd Degree, Making Graffiti, Possession of Graffiti Instruments, Criminal Trespass and Resisting Arrest. Phillips was arraigned in the Village of Scotia court and sent to the Schenectady County Jail on $10,000 cash or $25,000 bond.
